I have an question. Tried to Ask Shady, but he does not answer and i don't know how that works exactly.
In La Cosa Nostra's records, i heard about the killing of Jack Scarpetta.
Does somebody know who exactly killed Scarpetta?

Actually, it comes from their archive in the City Hall. It talks about some things related to La Cosa Nostra, including the death of Jack Scarpetta.
As i said, tried to Ask Shady about this, but he does not answer.

The news articles in city hall about the various factions are basically back story to add dimension to the game. Just for reading fun and getting to know what cities each faction is located in.
