The rival factions of the city of Shangri-La have been at odds for years. The Tigers seek to crush all opposition to the Prince’s rule, while the Tea Steepers are disapproving of the new Prince’s disregard for the peaceful traditions of Shangri-La.

To complicate an already fragile state of co-existence, quite a few nemesis hunters have gained the trust of both factions. Both factions, while obliged to be cordial to their new saviours, are feeling uneasy with what is apparently the new status-quo. The Prince’s soldiers have worked to ensured that the Monastery is off-limits to all visitors to Shangri-La, but this hasn’t stopped the Steepers from finding detectives sympathetic to their cause and collaborating with them â€" and the Tigers know it.

With the haunting clickety-clack-clack of countless pairs of Polka Dot Pumps ringing in his ears, the Chief of the Tigers of Shangri-La resolves to destroy the Tea Steepers once and for all. The Tea Steepers, fully aware of the plans the Tigers have in store for them, put together a team of detectives to put their plan into action. The wise monks of Shangri-La (after a few brainstorming sessions with the Scholars of Shangri-La â€" because you can never escape the Scholars of Shangri-La) know that there is but one way to protect their campaign against what they believe to be the Prince’s oppressive rule. However, the Prince’s Chief of Security has managed to sneak a few trusted informers onto the team.

Will the Steepers succeed? Will their champions succumb to the scheming of the spies? Will we ever figure out what's going on with Rasputin’s Egg? How many Sparkly Vests are the Tigers slowly processing to createâ€"? Whoa, I nearly gave the game away there. Anyway, let’s find out!

If Devi were not a spy she would have used OPEN UP on herself. Never mind the suspicious voting history. Essentially if Devi were a monk, she wouldn't have been a very good one.

Oh, if it makes you feel any better Molly, I would feel bitterly disappointed if it turned out our budding friendship had been formed from a foundation of lies. I'm more inclined towards Riza or Sal being the spy.

It does make me feel better, Yeti. I would hate to bitterly disappoint you. :)

I don't see a peep from Riza, so I propose Sal, Yeti and myself for the next mission. :( I'm so sad I don't get a power-prizey thing too. There are some awesome cards that have yet to come out in this game!

Molly has proposed a team.

Mission 4, Team 2:

Everyone please PM me with your YES/NO vote when you're ready.

I'm quite sure you won't bitterly disappoint me, but then I suppose not expecting it to happen is rather what leads to bitter disappointment. It is gutting to miss out on a power isn't it? But then you did get one at the start of the game. Let's not be greedy.

I think it's important Riza sits this one out anyway, since she's the one with the power. If she were a spy and were on the mission, she could find a way to 'accidentally' misuse it and leave us guessing who was who in mission 5. This way if she is a spy, we win, and if she's not then there won't be any suspicious misfires.

This is just great. I don't trust any of you anymore.

When the Tigers approached you with their immoral offers, you should have said no.

I did say no, but you won't believe me. I am highly suspicious of you and Molly now since she could have lied about you being resistance. Since I had my eye on you from the very start, seeing who you chose to 'reveal' yourself to made it pretty easy for me to spot the second spy. I may still be mistaken, however and have Sal and Riza be the spying pair.

This game has been a fail for me anyway, since I have had a lot less time to get to my laptop than I thought I would. Checking I'm from my phone kept me in the loop, but out of the conversation for the most part. At least I'm getting my votes in in time. :/

Don't feel too badly Molly, I didn't get any power thingy either. But if I had, I'd have played it by now, I think. It just seems to me that anyone in the resistance would play a card that reveals something about another player. The spies have no need of them. Oh well.

Molly's team (Mission 4, Team 2: Molly Maltese, Sal Iva and Yeti Face) has been APPROVED (3-2).

The votes:

Molly Maltese: YES
Riza Hawkeye: YES
Yeti Face: YES
Sal Iva: NO
DevilishWings: NO

The mission will now proceed; Molly, Sal and Yeti must PM me with their SUCCEED/SABOTAGE votes.

Remember, members of the Resistance MUST vote to have the mission SUCCEED, while spies can choose to SUCCEED or SABOTAGE.

Riza can choose to use "IN THE SPOTLIGHT" on either team member; if you'd like to do so now, post here and mention who you're using it on. The player she uses it on will have to post their SUCCESS/SABOTAGE vote on this thread as opposed to PMing me with it.
