We've got a quick quiz on the Agency's information page. If you pass that (and either answer will do) you'll be qualified to sign up. So long as you're subscribed of course.
Headquarters essentially moves around the world with me depending on where I require it to be, but right now it's in Delhi and should be for at least another week I'd have thought. I'm happy to partake in Single City treasure hunts for the duration of this stay.
I primarily require people who are capable of filling the agency forum with junk. I want to talk junk, look at junk, and for all intents and purposes be junk. If you think you've got the junk credentials then do get in touch.
