Finish my sentence - story style.

Easy-peasy. Post the first half of a sentence (at least a few words). The next person finishes the sentence AND starts the next sentence. The trick is to create a *somewhat* cohesive story one sentence at a time. Well... half a sentence at at time, really. Think of it as role play - micro style.
For example, if I post:
"Knife at the ready, John waited until Joan's back was turned..."
the next person might post:
"to clean the dirt out from underneath his fingernails. He knew Joan detested..."
So let's begin.
