1. Each day I will post 10 questions, at random times of the day.
2. Each Quiz runs exactly 24 hours.
3. The first person that has all 10 questions right, wins. Or if no one has all questions right, the best one wins.
4. You can only post answers ONCE for the same quiz.
5. No cash involved. Just glory. :)

Great quiz Kitty. About the quizzes... since I've been here, they have always been pretty informal... if someone wants to post a quiz, they can... the only thing is that, it is a little rude of course, to post one while another one is going. Or if someone keeps posting a quiz when another person wanted too and stated they wanted to the next quiz :). Since I've been here, no-one has really paid much attention to the original rules (except no googling) and it's all be fine.
Basically, thanks for writing another quiz, Kitty. :)

2. Famous cartoon cat from Sanrio: Hello Kitty!

4. Poisonous fish delicacy: Blowfish/Fugu/Pufferfish. And yes, Homer simpson ate one, was poisoned and given 24 hours to live. it was a funny episode :)

6. J-Pop Artist: j-pop is a type of japanese pop music, Utada Hikaru is one of the most famous artists of japan. Most famous in america is the group Puffy Ami Yumi!

8. Vending Machine products: Yes, you can buy ALL the products in the machine, (and many more). The beetles are pets for children. It is convenient to have a vending machine - they are more cost efficient and take up less space. Some say you can live solely by products from the vending machine in japan :)

10. 13-stringed intrument: it is the Koto, which gives japanese music a special sound.

bonus: there are 47 prefectures of japan! A prefecture is just a way of dividing areas for government. Kind of like how in america there is a country, then state, county, city.

lol none of us know who we really are RC :) ewww I still say lobster live or otherwise out fo a vending machine is way suss. But now I want to go to Japna and see (but I've always wanted to go to Japan). RC has passed the baton on to me, so I'll post something at about 17.30 Sleuth time, unless someone posts in the meantime, I or RC won't be offended :D
