Ladies, gents, animals.

With this many RPers I see we are nearly ready to begin. I will start a separate thread when it is time, this thread will be a dossier, or a point of information. If we have additional RPers interested in playing a key role or even cameo-ing, they will post a quick blurb here before jumping in so that everyone has a frame of reference with which to interact with their character. Since the shorts are generally a little different than a regular RP, the format will vary a little. For the sake of organization, as well as participating I will act as a master to keep things on track.

If any of you are interested in being the murderer, PM me. First one to do so will receive confirmation from me that they are the killer. I will post here that a killer has been selected, but not the name.

From that point on, it is the killers job to interact with whatever evidence or story plot that is found and to react accordingly. When its time to start wrapping up I will notify the killer and participants and we will strive for a truly groundbreaking ending! Does this sound fair?

At any point you may PM me with questions for clarification, as well as your other RPers. Note that the date of this case is in November of 1934. I expect RPers involved to add that extra touch with relevant story details of the time period. Though the Sahara is a fictional nightclub, it is set in New York, and you are free to use historical landmarks to your advantage in the story, as well as common language of the time.

Please do not overstep your characters boundaries, and interact respectfully with your fellow RPers. With all that said, allons-y, my RPers! Let us spin a scintillating tale of jazz, murder, intrigue in the heart of the Big Apple!

Wolf girl 22 will be participating as Therian Wolf, a chorus girl who's very quiet off stage. She'd shown up out of no where a few months before the murder. A week before Janie's death, the two were heard fighting. Wolf was seen the next morning sporting a new bruise. Some of the other girls say she has a temper and told Janie she would get her revenge. Is murder her way of getting even?

Kesla will be participating as Kesla Hill. She came to New York a few months ago aspiring to be a famous chorus girl, but she was told her singing just wasn't good enough. Down to her last few dollars, and with nowhere else to go, she took the only position offered. Working as a cocktail waitress ensured she was rarely noticed unless a patron had a request, but this allowed her to supplement her income when she shared information about whom she saw or what she overheard. Green with envy, she watched Janie every night, constantly being lavished with attention and affection, while she made sure tables were clean and tumblers remained full. Could she have been the one to serve Janie's last drink?
