Once again, turmoil is brewing in the underground crime world of New York. The city is slowly being taken over by La Cosa Nostra, the New York underground mafia. They are recruiting members at record numbers and they can be seen in every night club and bar scaring away customers. And now Joseph Hollis, the High Philosopher of the Order of Socrates, and mayor of New York, has learned of a secret plan by his rival faction, La Cosa Nostra, to go on a crime spree and make off with money, valuables, and ultimate control of various establishments in New York.

Mr. Hollis, being not only concerned with the livelihoods of the patrons of his city, but also with his rival faction gaining too much power, has decided to put together a team of trusted Order of Socrates resistance operatives to foil the plans of La Cosa Nostra. Unfortunately, there has been a lot of attrition lately, and certain people have been going to the highest bidder to offer their services as a spy working from within the Order of Socrates. Joseph is aware of this and he's put together the best possible team he can think of, but unwittingly will be inviting some spies for La Cosa Nostra to his team of operatives.

As long as the loyal Order of Socrates operatives can figure out whom amongst them is untrustworthy, their mission should be a success. But if they trust the wrong people, La Cosa Nostra will succeed and cause severe damage to the New York economy, while gaining enough power to take over the city.

Will the mayor and his team be able to restore order to New York? Or will the underground mafia, take over the city's resources? That's for you to decide in this version of The Resistance: Order of Socrates Restores Order

Oh, and one more thing...

Biggie used her "Strong Leader" power in a situation where she didn't really need to. Jason gave it to her, his mission was rejected. Cekuray would have been next, then her. She was GOING to have a shot at being leader, but she wanted to make sure Cekuray (who she knew was resistance) wouldnt put a clean mission 3 up, forcing her to suggest a super-dirty mission 4.

All the spies have given themselves away, in more than one way in this game.

Sorry about the delay.

I haven't had chance to read much of what's been said since nic posted, sorry.

Serges with all due respect I won't be listening to your opinion a spy isn't going to offer any useful advice for the resistance.

Ugh I have no clue who to give what to, I'm hopeless at things like this.

I do believe Molly is Resistance so am going to give her 'STRONG LEADER'

I've been doing eeny meeny minee mo on Cek, Illicit and Biggie for the no confidence card, not very technical I know

I give 'NO CONFIDENCE' to Biggie again I'm praying that Biggie is Resistance.

And I'm keeping the last card because let's be honest I'd be an idiot not to as the only person I truly know is resistance is me.

And yes I'm quite sure Serges will be along to point exactly why all the above proves that I am a 'spy' but to be frank he would have done that no matter what I picked.

Ms Helen has chosen to give the STRONG LEADER ability to Molly Maltese. Molly may use this any time prior to a leader posting their mission proposal to steal the leadership away from them.

Ms Helen has chosen to give Biggie the NO CONFIDENCE ability.

Ms Helen has decided to keep the TAKE RESPONSIBILITY card which means she may steal any card out there that is still in play. Right now the only unused abilities are Marc's NO CONFIDENCE and the two cards she just handed out. Ms Helen please tell me which card you would like to take.

You are then free to post your mission proposal.

Also so I don't hold things up any longer I propose the following group of people

Honestly given my mindset right now that's the best I can do. Quite sure someone will be along to tell me how shockingly bad that team is but we have so little info to go on that these people are least likely to be spies in my opinion. For those that ask. I didn't put Riza on the team because I think she has been 'too' quiet. Certainly the other spies haven't needed to say anything because of Serges and Eden. The post that Riza did make just seems too thought out if that makes sense. Jason seems hit and miss and I'm not sure what to make of him. I was contemplating having Cek on the team because he seems to be consistant so it was a coin toss between him and marc so to speak
