It wasn't very long ago that this game was booming and. We all had arguments and ridiculous fights with each other, got over it, apologized, and moved on with this game. Now that I log on, I'm only seeing 9 people a day logged on. Not long ago, I'd log on and see 20 people logged on.

What happened?

I am all for banding together. But I wonder if SS has that sentiment. He has not responded yet to my peace offering.

I would think banding together would include forgiving one another, and moving on. That would go a long way toward "going strong". If we can't get past our squabbles, then maybe there is nothing here worth saving.

Night Queen: A number of ideas you put forward have cropped up in the past and as a community we rejected them because they were unpopular. There's a long wish list of stuff admin's working on. As a community we'll just ride out this quiet patch.

... and I rest my case. I come on to say 'that sounds great to me' and I read the above 'again'. If you're always hassling people for a response, pushing and prodding, and cajoling and taking swipes when people don't work to your time frame, or how you want them to be, then you are always ... ALWAYS ... (oh I see why Nephi uses those now) going to be dissatisfied, with Noir, with your life, with everything. Being a part of 'banding together' is not about bending that band (or the world for that matter) to your will on your terms.

I'm pretty well passive and neutral as a rule, and am all for the peaceniks, but if anyone really want peaces, or to move forward, in anything, a game or a marriage or life or whatever, then that peace has to reside in mutuality.

PS just to be clear, I actually happen to think the coupon thing IS an issue, and 'should' be fixed (and is not a bartering chip). It annoys me immensely it hasn't been fixed, but I just don't have that degree of control or influence to fix it.

Pax be with you, and with you all.

Keep it light, keep it real, and keep on keeping on. When glitches, or troubles, or ill-tempered players surface, keep the three keeps. Outlast and out play.

Over and out.

And people wonder why there are always wars. If that is the way you want it, Squirrel, so be it.

For the record, tell Ben not to bother fixing the Sidekick issue.

Come on guys let's stop this ridiculous arguing over stupidity. I'm trying to come with ideas to help this game grow. I think its time we start sharing ideas for this help convince newbies to join this. I remember the Sleuth Survior contest that Heimlich Von Victor held a while back and one of the things they contestants had to do was come up with an advertisement to get new people to join the game.
