TIP: keep the googled sites on your favorites since the questions are always from same authors. It will save you time.

but keep in mind that there are some question that you do have to read the book about to know, or hope you get the answer right, and if you get it wrong, just memorize the correct answer when that person gives it to you

If you answer wrong, the right answer is given so you don't have to answer wrong twice.

I successfully completed 3 cases today so how come none of the townsfolk is asking for favours? In the past they would. Do favours appear for every 3 cases solved?

---If it is for every 4, does this mean that tomorrow, after completing 1 more case, I get to do a favor? And if I do this favor, will it be subtarcted from my quota of 2 remaining cases?

--- If I successfully complete 3 cases today and another 3 tomorrow, does this mean I gte to perform 2 favours?

Thanks.

Did you also get your last favor solved? It's usually four cases including favors, but you can't quit or get a false.

But the good news, favors aren't subtracted from your quota.

The bad news, sometimes in our agency we need more than three successful cases, even after a successful favor, and there doesn't seem to be rhyme or reason to it. So maybe it just varies from time to time?

I don't know if anyone else has experienced this. Maybe we are just going out of our minds? It's possible....

No, Moonshh, I don't think you are going out of your mind: the same thing *seems* to happen to me. Though it is possible I just can't count.
