Go to the Main City Hall Message Board page (the one before you get the sub-divided tabs for Newbie Questions, Sleuth Talk, etc., etc.). At the top, left-hand corner, there will be a rectangular SEARCH tab. Click on that, and type in the following: "Pidgeot, automated, helper." That will lead you to an automated helper program developed by a detective named Pidgeot. About halfway down the first page, you'll find the link for it (it's an unusual internet provider, something like Birdiesoft, or some such). Copy that link, paste it, et voila, one automated helper for you!! ;-D
There's others around, but this one's prob'ly the easiest to use.
