I think it maybe is a good idea, to have the recruitment thread to be about recruitment.
Or what one should be aware of during recruitment.

There are a few agencies desperate to get new people in. There are a series of threads in there, that allow for non-recruitment type conversations that a lot of us (including me) can not help responding to. However, with the result of people who need people being pushed to the bottom.

And if you feel you can not stop yourself, contain it in 1 thread, there is really no need to have a kadjillion of them

Nuf said.

I apologize if I sound snobby.

Thanks Ben. And majandra, I think you did make a good call bumping things up, even for other agencies. That is very nice of you.

On one hand I'd say delete. But at the same time these threads are a frame of reference for people whom are recruiting and may not want to have this issues or people in their agency.

Racedog....you are going to start your own thread? Or own agency? So you failed Skylers test miserably. Shame on you.

Never mind don't answer that. Please don't start a new thread. And I think it is a better idea to start your own agency, be careful what you do with your passwords.

Despite the message at the top of recruitment board some non-subscribers still ask to join agency. Will it be good if some programming is done to ban unsubscribers from posting any thread or reply in recruitment board??? There is really no reason for them to post anything there. They can't join or recruit. I felt they are the ones who are messing up that board constantly.

That is a good idea, but could have some flaws. I often post in there to help others out, even though I'm not looking to join or recruit. Also, when I wasn't a subscriber, I did the same thing. I think we should keep it the way it is. But maybe put that message in bigger print!

There is major flaw in my suggestion! There may be those who did not continue their subscription but still remain in the agency. It be bad if they can't post on the recruitment board. So how about the unsub had to reach a certain exp pts or certain age?

jojo227, I think that also settle the point you raise up :).

That would be much better!

However, people finding out that it requires subscription to join an agency.....may join because they find out that the subscription is worth it. When people discover they can't post, they may just give up.

Second, sometimes people ask the question in the recruitment thread "what benefits are there to sub?"
