Do the clothes/accessories you win from doing favors differ in each city? I am in London and have been trying for a week to get a checkered vest. I need it for the Tea steepers. Just wondering if I would have better luck in another city.

SS is right, they do not differ. It always seems that when you are looking for something in particular, that is when you have the most difficult time finding it.
Then when you don't need it, they show up everywhere.

There is an exception.If you go on Sleuthetania,you will find all sort of different items.Some of them are better then the ones in normal city's.

Howerer,you will not find items for Shangri La standings there.
