I'm not sure how much I should get involved in these agency robberies. On the one hand, I hate to encourage a system that rewards players who betray their agencies' trust. On the other hand, the agency security system is in place to protect against this kind of thing before it happens. I would really rather provide you all mechanisms to police yourselves.

I realise that can be difficult because people can create multiple detectives. Maybe we should think about adding mechanisms to give agency directors more information about what detectives are probably owned by which players?

Yes this would help them comming back as some one else and causing more headaches.

splinter cell, do you have any insight to add to this discussion or information on what went wrong with your agency?

Yes I would be all for that Ben. Even if it is a feature an agency has to pay for. Things like:
-History of agencies someone has been in
-Potential doubles someone has (either via Paypal payments, or IP address, or people who volunteer this info.)
-Number of people ignoring this user.
-If someone ever left an agency, with equipment that was not theirs.

Someone who doesn't have any ill will in mind, would not care, if anyone was able to track this.

I agree with Sunny, I think that Splinter cell should clear his own name here (if he wants to.) This could have easily have happened by accident, particularly since racedogg mentioned there was not a tun of money in the safe.

Sounds good Ben. It would be good to be able to track an agents background before hireing.

racedogg, I am not sure if it is a good idea to have this discussion in public. It went from it is either sherlock2 or splinter cell, to being probably splinter cell, to now pretty sure being sherlock.

I don't know, I personally hate if something like this happened in my agency, for someone publically pointing to one person, then the other etc.

Yeah, it seems like this needs to be discussed between yourself, splinter cell, sherlock 2, and everyone else who was in your agency. This really isn't a public matter.
