Hello all.
I'm fairly new to Sleuth and I thought I might share a little hobby of mine with you all. Here's something for that sad moment when the mysteries of the day are all done.

Thousands lay up gold within this house,

Ok, I have one:
A girl walks into a bar, with a closed fist she sees her sister dead, on a barstool. She asks what happened. The bartender says,"She asked for a drink, she got a drink..."

"Did you kill her?"

"No see..."

What happened?

Mrs.Zane is the closest so far... the dead sister (at that moment alive) walked into the bar, after discovery of much bad news in her life. She wished to have a shot a whiskey "with extra power", but the bartender mistook it for a suicide plea, through poison. So, technically, he didn't murder her, it was but an accident... or was it?

One more...


Three guys walk into town. They go into a hotel and ask for a room they can share. The clerk has just the thing they want for thirty dollars. The clerk sends them to the room, takes out the ledger, and realizes that he made a mistake. The room costs only twenty-five dollars. Now he has to divide five dollars evenly three ways. Can't be done. So the clerk pockets two dollars, tells the guys that he made a three dollar mistakeand gives them each a single. Now, each man paid only nine dollars for his share of the room. Nine times three equals twenty seven, plus the two in the clerk's pocket equals twenty nine. Where's the other dollar?
