Hello all.
I'm fairly new to Sleuth and I thought I might share a little hobby of mine with you all. Here's something for that sad moment when the mysteries of the day are all done.
Thousands lay up gold within this house,
but no man made it.
Spears past counting guard this house,
but no man wards it.
What is it?

Heres one for you:
"In the harsh light of day,
I stand proud,
In the silence of the night,
I hide in the crowd"
Who am I?

Sorry about the delay Lady Grey, but you're correct. I don't think anyone can fool ya, unless they make it up, then I'm not so sure you can't figure it out. Way to go L.G.

Sam slug and a few of the boys were playing cards, when Sam posed a question. "In an ordinary deck of playing cards, two of the jacks have 2 eyes and two of the jacks have 1 eye. How many eyes are there on the Jack cards?
