Hello all.
I'm fairly new to Sleuth and I thought I might share a little hobby of mine with you all. Here's something for that sad moment when the mysteries of the day are all done.
Thousands lay up gold within this house,
but no man made it.
Spears past counting guard this house,
but no man wards it.
What is it?

It doesn't say stallian/donkey shoe tracks that were walked off the cliff. It could be a track from someone or something else.
On the birthday one, Mad one incorrect.
The day before yesterday she was 9, next year she will be 12.

Fonzie brought up something similar earlier. I Asked Jeeves - is Susie a horse?
The tracks were made by horseshoes, and there were no other marks on the trail - just two clear sets of tracks.

Is a donkey even a horse, I think a stallion is. Isn't that a male horse? Or would a horse me strictly female. Sorry, English is not my first language.

A donkey is not a horse. Horse can be male or female. Stallion is a male horse used for breeding.

The day before yesterday Scheming Suzie was nine years old. Next year she will be 12. How is this possible? Leap year?

Suzie must be a mythical creature from some planet with a different year length. Maybe a rhinopotamus - half rhino, half hippo. Maybe a hungry hungry hippo.
