I have some questions about starting an agency. I haven't decided to start one yet. I just want some answers. :D

1. If there are multiple directors for an agency, is the starting cost shared equally between them at start-up?

2. Is also the rental payments shared equally?

3. If "yes" on "2", if one of them don't have enough money and another have more than enough is the remainder charged the remaining directors equally or do the agency suffer an eviction?

4. What happens if an agency has two or more directors and one leaves the agency? Does it dissolve or can the remaining director/directors keep running the agency without him/her?

I made a quick search but couldn't find the answers to these questions.

That's right you can start an agency on your own providing you have the money. And yes you have the options to promote them from rookie to agent, to officer, to director.

I see. There are different levels that you can promote someone to. That's handy. Do you have to promote someone to each in order or can you instantly promote them to director? If the first alternative is true, do you have to wait a certain time between promotions or can you promote away until they're the "rank" you want them to be?

You can promote anyone to any level (up to your own) at any time after they have started. You can also demote or kick out anyone who is lower rank than yourself. You can promote someone instantly to director, but you have to make sure you are happy with it, as you will be unable to demote them after promoting them.
