I had a case today where I had two suspects with the same name. One was the sister of the relative, and one was the cousin. They had different pictures and everything, but the same name. I was just wondering if anyone else has ever had this happen to them? I mean, I've had suspects with the same first name before, but never the same first and last name. *thinks to self* Potential FA waiting to happen?

It's rare, really rare, but you hear of it from time to time. I'm pretty sure it's not meant to happen.

Could be a slight problem that's happened because of some of the new additions/uploads that have happened recently. Hopefully, it'll be resolved shortly.

Oh, and guess what? The killer was one of the people with the same name. Weird, huh? I had to triple check to make sure on that one.

I wouldn't consider it a glitch since there's a lot of people in this life with the same first and last names.

I had that happen in a case (AI) recently (was sister and cousin, go figure :> )

Each had a false alibi, and one was the guilty suspect. To make it more interesting, the incriminating PE was revealed by my contact (so instead of clicking down the list of names, knowing which one yielded the PE, I just got the name from the contact). I know I solved it, but remembered it was a bit "tricksy" :-D

I just did a favor for the Librarian wherein the person whom she named as a suspect gave her as their alibi - and then she confirmed his alibi!

Huh?

I always find it amusing when you're trying to find more suspects in a case, have to bribe a townie, the townie takes the money, and then says, "No I don't know anything about that."

You would think the detective would say, "Then give me my damn bribe back! Thanks for nothing!"
