I think palmer has my favorite bio. Not sure why, and pretty sure I don't understand it, but there you go.

Okay here comes feedback.

Isabel, it's really really good. With very few words, you managed to establish enough tone to make whoever reads it curious enough to come back and see if there is another chapter. Plus...hey...free of grammatical errors, lol. I wish my own students did half as well.

You've also done a really good job of writing it with your audience in mind by incorporating several of the familiar parts of the both the game and things people have dropped on other threads (the skirt bit). This is really important . Writing for other people is quite different from just dumping a bazillion words on your diary. You're good at it...I hope you keep writing.

No probs...believe me it's like nine drunken monkeys funner to give feedback here than on essays from undergrads who have 45 minutes and 1 pen to try to explain 150 years of social philosophy.

The Madame Giry one is good too -this character has a more vulnerable tone than the other one. I'll check back to see what you do with it!
