Arch Type & Skills:
"It costs less skill points to learn a skill that is based on a statistic your detective has a high value in. For instance, if a Very Charming detective wants to learn Interrogation, it will cost them 7 skill points to learn it, however, it would cost a Very Tough detective only 4 skill points."

Note: That's the reason why a tough and smart guy usually have skills from this two types available to them first. It doesn't mean charm skills will not be available to them or charm skill is useless for them. Just imagine if a Very Tough detective can't buy any Smart skill! He won't be able to do crime scene search on harder cases.

I brought up this issue because I used to assume that a tough and smart person will just buy skills of this 2 type since the 2 types of skill may be available to them earlier than the charm skill. So when answering some questions, I just look at their Arch Type and answer "you are tough and smart, so try getting equipments that enhance tough and smart" This will be misleading if another newbie with Tough and Charming arch type read it. He may misinterpret it and go on to buy all the Charm and Tough skills! The fact is, as a newbie, smart skills is compulsory but you only choose EITHER Tough OR Charm skills. Never both. So maybe both sides who ask or answer questions may like to take note of this. No offence to any one :)

Using pay pal is safe. Which is what this site uses.

However, Ben accepts cash too.
