Hi I signed up to the site with the user name vix99, and then got used to playing and decided to subscribe after playing some free games. Everything was going ok but then my detective got retired - I then had the option of bringing that one out of retirement or transfering to a new detective, and I did the latter.
However, today I cannot recall the new name - I can log in as the old detective but with no subscription. How do I access the new user name, as I have forgotten it?
I supplied an email address when I signed up which I can send to the moderators/owners of this site - what shall I do?
