I was working on a favored case from the Banker and have have identified the suspect who committed the crime. I was about to make the accusation, when, after clicking on her name there is this message that she already fled...Good Grief.

I went to one of my contacts and he said he doesn't know where she'd gone.

What I'm worried about is, does this go against me as a Quit Case and a favored one at that? Is there a way for me to track her down?

Sad part is I'm not even subscribbed yet...

You're welcome, Angus. Hope it helps. You really don't have to panic, trust me. Out of more than 3000 cases (this was before I had Underworld Connections), how many suspects got away cause I couldn't find 'em?? Two. Yeah, you heard me. Two. Both of those had fled to W/E townies who had permanently clammed on me, and I had to quit those cases. (Big deal)

Now, with close to 5000 cases under my belt, for both myself and helping various people, my permanent flee count is up to....three.

It's disconcerting when they take off on you, but almost always, if you're careful with your questions with the townies, you'll find your guy. ;-)

I am not subbed, nor have the Underworld connections skill.... The flee count , I think is 8+....
But in most cases, there is not much of a problem as I usually find the person.

Now that we're done with that...any thoughts on how accurate the theory about how "The one who smelt it, dealt it" is?
