Can anyone help me with the puzzle at the gate of the Prince's Palace?

You cant access the prince's palace until you have an invitation and are at at least 100,000 xp.


I just looked at your detective, and you need a lot more xp to go, and to even start a villain hunt, we strongly recommend that you have the invitation, have all your contacts, and have quite a bit of money, as you will be bribing and spending money to travel to other cities.
