Hi all,
Cairo Agencies (along with some unique properties) are now available to all without use of URL manipulation.
By the way, Cow Ward let me know about the exploit immediately after he successfully created the first agency there, so I don't consider it to be cheating. It is probably mostly my fault for waiting so long to address the situation after learning about it.

Is there any advantage to being based in Cairo eg. are there Treasure Hunts etc.?

Seriously, tho - haven't seen any treasure hunts yet, and no factions. Just a nice change of scenery

I'm fairly sure that Ben might have Cairo up to date with the rest of the villain world pretty soon, soon they'll be stolen treasure all over the place. But, I'm not so sure about factions.
