I'm doing a scripted mystery (Red Queen), and, as far as I can see, I'm right at the end of it, talking with the culprit... Except...
I can't accuse her (yet) as I need her to answer me ("Why did you do it!") the only thing is... She won't answer me... If I ask her, she simply clam up.
I tried to talk to everybody, went everywhere to see if anyone could tell me anything, research case, but nothing, nothing at all, I need her to tell me why she did I so I can finally accuse her... But she won't.
So... What am I supposed to do now? Simply quit the case?

Oh bummer. If she's clammed up, and you've tried Sweet Talking or Interrogation (depending on your archetype), and you don't have say Surveillance which is the about the only skill where you might unclam her after you've tried Sweet Talking OR Interrogation, then...

Yes.
You can play FM's over and over. So no harm done. You can play it again, run through all the way to the end, save a question up your sleeve, like don't bother asking her about her alibi. Not somethign I'd normally advise for ordinary cases, but as you already suspect her and probably already know the answer from the time before it won't hurt, and is worth a shot.
But yeah, quit.

It sounds like everyone clammed and you can't complete the case so need to quit.
Perhaps wait until you have better gear or more skills before you re do it.
Or now that you have an idea what is going on, you'll know what questions needs to be asked of whom.
For example, you won't need to ask everyone their alibi this time if you know who did it.
I've generally found with Hale's cases it's usually the last suspect you find that did it :).
