Receiving PMs on Macs

I'm not receiving private messages. I checked the Newbies FAQs and did the test, it didn't work.
I have a macbook and use firefox for internet. I went into firefox preferences, content and since I have popups blocked box ticked I put (http://noir.playsleuth.com) in the exceptions list.
Still didn't work.
I'm thinking possibly it is because I just put the homepage in? I can't put every single page in the exceptions though. Anyone out there have any ideas?
Muchas Gracias

Buy a PC.
I'm sorry, I couldn't help myself. I've used mac's before, they're #1 in the graphic arts industry.

Hahah nah it's fine don't apologise!
We had to get a macbook for my school, but the other computers in our house are all PC.
I used to be against Macs but I must admit after using one for a while... they do grow on you.
As an amature film maker formerly without a video camera, I have created short films for school on this macbook using just the built in i-sight camera and imovie (brilliant program, love it)
Better stop I could talk for a while on this topic.
Back to the problem at hand!

lol... I have 2 macs and use firefox on both and haven't had any probs using the old PM system or the new PM system.
The exception in your Firefox pop-up exceptions list should simply read "noir.playseluth.com".
You might also want to try virus software. If you have Nortons or something anti-virusy like that you have to go in and physically allow pop ups in the web security settings.

You might also not want to copy and paste SS's link ;)

Yes I noticed the spelling mistake ;)
It is working now when I send myself a message but it takes a while. And I do change screens to make it pop up. How long does it normally take?
