London - I say its the tailor. I walk through the door, she zips her lips and sticks her hand out. She takes my $$ and turns her back on me. Almost EVERY time.

For me in London, it has to be the fortune teller. I most times don't even get one question... :(

I think the banker when you need to check out pe. And the bartender and the Conceriege in London are always a pain.
I don't have much problems with the tailor in London or the Fortune Teller.

When I'm not on myself, the librarian is ALWAYS a money whore. As if she's not keeping that $1000 per overdue book...pshh.

Its the Holy Man in Delhi for me. I mean I would have looked the other way if he gave me pamphlets, or bibles for each payment, but for just one question? *sheesh* -.-
