For my 30th birthday, friends took me to see Kansas and Styx play at an outdoor stadium on the beach. Styx was my favourite musical group for many years, from the age of 12. The best part was that we had backstage seats. It was awesome!

I have to go with Emerald. Green's the color of life, and not to mention the city of Oz.

I'm in the mood for resuscitating old threads, so I'm going to assume a cook-out is the same as a barbeque and go for burgers. With ketchup.

I thoroughly enjoyed "The Other Boleyn Girl" and would recommend it to anyone. Natalie Portman was amazing in it.

So who would be your favourite English/British Monarch?

Has to be Elizabeth I. I think she was probably the most intelligent person to ever sit on that throne. She was famous as a linguist and scholar when was growing up, but I also think it took a lot of brains just for her to survive long enough to become queen. And once she was there, she created a legendary image for herself, eluded all attempts to marry her off, and did her best to establish freedom of religion.

On a similar theme, who's your favourite US President?

If I were to say George W. Bush would you all throw shoes at me or something? ;-)

Without thinking about it too much I'm gonna go with Ronald Reagan, thats really the first President where I was old enough to understand what was going on in the country, I remember how it was during his term that the Iran Hostage Crisis was resolved.

Keeping with the same theme, favorite US First Lady?
