Briana, maybe you'd be better joining another established Agency; learning the ropes, making some Sleuth friends who can help you out with your cases, and then when your more established, making your own Agency. You'll have money and equipment and and maybe some other Agency mates who'd run the Agency with you.
Making an Agency from scratch can be hard work when you're only starting the game yourself, especially if you're the Director and your agents are going to be coming to you for help, money, etc, and if you're participating in Treasure Hunt that's more work again.
Anyway it's only a suggestion, as I'd like you to get the best out of your time here, but I hope you have fun whatever you decide to do. :)
