The learning curve on this game is steep like whoosh, and one of the really cool things about the community aspect of it, getting to know someone over a period of days.months.years is how we all get to see their.our.your personalities gradually emerge over time.

SO. First person to post the correct answer gets (which means IS OBLIGATED, for all you rule-scanners) to post the next one.

No fair guessing on your own.

No fair checking post histories before you guess.

Guess whose first post this is (we'll start with a /ridiculously/ easy one):

"I have a couple of questions I'd like some feedback on. Please Answer by replying to this post.

1) Is the game fun? Really fun, kind of fun, funner than going to the dentist?

2) Can you think of anything that would make the game more fun?

3) Is the game too hard? Too easy?

Thanks
-Ben "

The latin gives it away every time....

That last one was, of course, Secret Squizzel :)

ok next up:

Hi, I am just wondering if you can save up for Advanced skills and have them work as they should, before you buy the standard one.
For example, I want to buy Intimidation, which I have none of... Can I save up to buy "Advanced Intimidation" and skip the "Intimidation", or do I have to buy them in order?

OK. According to the "rules" I'm not cheating.

So the answer is..... Ranier.

Next one:

OK, so forgive me. Self-professed newbie, been a member for all of 3 days, decided I'd join in the fun and start an agency. It's called The Wayfarers, based out of New York. Only room for 2 other detectives currently, and it's open for anyone, old and new alike. For new players, considering the pros and cons of agency life, use this as a way to get your feet wet without spending the startup cash to form one of your own. For veterans, I would enjoy the opportunity to learn from your wisdom and experience.

First 2 people to PM me for an invite are in. After that, let's see where this road takes us.

Sounds like it may be a good time to quit the case. :)

You can guess, and IF you guess correctly, even without evidence, they will still confess. However this can become a risky and expensive habit. If you guess wrong, you get a false accustion on your record. After 3 false accustions your detective will be retired and you will have to start fresh with a new one. You can pay off Shady, typically recommended at 2 false accusations, but the more exp. you have the more of your $$ he wants.

Should you join an agency, they can sometimes help you unclam some of these difficult people. :)

Which famous sleuthy was this? :)

In the mayor's office, you can get asked to get info. When you go to get it, you get asked questions. Where are the answers to the questions?
