Okay, this is kind of a dumb question, but how do I start hunting an arch villan? I have no idea.

In order to hunt an Arch Villain, you must be subscribed, which you are. You also have to have a minimum of 100,000xp and able to do AI (Almost Impossible) cases, and gain an invitation to the Prince's Palace!

You need to be much more experienced than you are to start a Villain Hunt.

You also have to be subscribed (I see you are) becasue you have to travel from city to city chasing your villain.

It might be a good strategy to join an agency, to help build up your skills and experience. They can also give you pointers on the best way to hunt villains etc.
