Is it possible to have 2 WE pointing to 2 different suspects with real alibis? I had a case that had 2 WE pointing to 2 different people with real alibis; is this a change in the game or just a bug?

Y'all are confusing me somethin awful.
Does this mean that Biggie's prices have gone up 100% since this morning. AND
Does it no longer mean that 2 WE means someone is guilty if you dont have and PE or an Alibi?
