I have a couple of questions I'd like some feedback on. Please Answer by replying to this post.

1) Is the game fun? Really fun, kind of fun, funner than going to the dentist?

2) Can you think of anything that would make the game more fun?

3) Is the game too hard? Too easy?

Thanks
-Ben

Lilsnugi,

You have to "Pick up Winnings" at the track.

I love it!! I randomly discovered this game while looking for an online version of "Clue" or something sleuth-like, and it's highly addicting. Thank God it's summer!!

-Only thing I feel is a problem is intermediate is inconsistent in its difficulty. I've stayed at this level because some games are super easy, and then others become impossible, once everyone has clammed up. Also, I thought it would be a good thing to get thread analysis and hair analysis, but for example,if you have 2 pieces of thread and 4 possible suspects thats 8 possible questions to ask the tailor, and if he will only answer 2 questions tops...and everyone else is a clam... and you have no other skills...
-Maybe I tried to advance too fast? I'm just bored with easy, and I feel like I don't have enough resources at times for intermediate...3 cases per day...

1.Great fun!
2.Maybe if your detective had emotions that would affect how well you do on the case and how the suspects react.
3.The intermediate and hard cases are very challenging because the suspects tend to clam up after 2 questions, 3 at max.

1) Enjoyable. I guess I should say fun, fun, fun!
2) Perhaps more witnesses . . . like a Baker, for example? And more features in City Hall. Oh, and maybe more contacts for the cities.
3) I can say both. Beginner, Easy, Intermediate are easy. The rest get harder and harder. Everything is clamming up to quickly, in my opinion. Contacts are wonderful!

Colonel Shandy,

I PMed ben (aka sleuth admin in case you dont know) about possible new witnesses/evidence. I didnt think of a baker but it could be a good idea. One of the witnesses I came up was for another form of evidence- Fingerprints. I think I also suggested blood splatters or something like that. So that would introduce new skills in the form of fingerprint analysis and bloodsplatter analysis or something. As well as new townspeople to help you analyse the new evidence. I forget what else I think I had 1 or 2 other ideas. I'll have to try and remember what they were.

Those are good ideas, kidgame2004. Fingerprint Analysis is a good idea! But who works with Fingerprints? *thinking hard* Hmmm . . . maybe a police officer? Yeah! A Police Station could be added, and a police officer could analyse fingerprints! And a Hospital could be added, too, and a doctor or nurse could analyse blood (for Blood Analysis). Splatters of blood are the same thing, but I like Blood Analysis more. I don't know now, but maybe someone should PM Ben (Sleuth Admin) about these ideas. They could add some more interesting witnesses and maybe make a few contacts! *reading over the ideas* I like what I'm seeing. But I still would like a Baker. Why not? After all, there is a Butcher! It adds fun to this game, anyway. Does anyone agree to these ideas?

Yes blood analysis is a good idea too. I meant like when you hit the search crime scene button it would say something like "You found a blood splatter". The name of the skill you use is blood analysis. Now it would say what type of blood it is (A, B, AB, O) not sure what kinds there are. On the suspects page you would see their blood type.

A hospital thats a good one. Maybe you could also look up your suspects medical records. It could maybe sort of be like another research in a way. Like you could look up their medical records and see if they were sick. If they were sick and in the hospital at the time of the crime then obviously they are innocent. But if it said they werent at the hospital then they could be guilty. Or it just could be for the blood analysis.

skill- Fingerprint analysis
building- police station
witness- police officer

skill- blood analysis
building- hospital
witness- nurse/doctor

A baker would be good too. He (she) would be a non evidence one of course. We have a butcher for our meat so why not have a baker for our breads and cakes and candies? It's an idea. And yes if all 3 or more of our ideas were put into reality it might mean the small possibility of a contact. Still randomly chosen though.

oh! I just thought of another thing. Perhaps a dentist? Maybe another form of evidence could be teeth. It might indicate that the person got beat up. Someone punched the dead person in the face/jaw/mouth so hard that their teeth got knocked out. You pick up the teeth and could take them to a dentists office to analyse them.

skill- Tooth analysis
building- dentist office
witness- dentist

Kidgame, I don't know if they could differentiate (sp?) between the different blood types in the 1920's.

kidgame2004,
Fingerprint, Blood, and Tooth Analysis? Good ideas. Ben should know more about them. We need some Mods here to question, comment, and agree/disagree with these ideas. It looks like jojo227 has some questions about Blood Analysis in the 1920's :)
