I have a couple of questions I'd like some feedback on. Please Answer by replying to this post.

1) Is the game fun? Really fun, kind of fun, funner than going to the dentist?

2) Can you think of anything that would make the game more fun?

3) Is the game too hard? Too easy?

Thanks
-Ben

I would change the names of the City Halls in the other cities, like this:

London: Guild Hall
Delhi: Secretariat
Shanghai: This one is a little tougher, since at the time, it was ambiguous who was in charge there. Maybe just administrative building.

But, that would mean changing graphics in the toolbar which isn't the easiest thing for me to do (I didn't make them in the first place, a friend did). So, we'll just stick with City Hall for now. At least they all have different pictures.

Also a bit of trivia: The City Hall image in New York isn't really from New York. First person to reply with the real city that the New York city hall image is from wins a Magic Top Hat, like the one I'm wearing.

I agree with P. Rockwell, it was starting to look like the news page Horse Racing Online instead of a detective game. SO, the race results are no longer going to show up on the news page. There is now a "Recent Race Results" page at the track that shows the results for the last five races.

I have an idea about locker. Why can't u make it to where when as i cahnge the adj. shows up there instaed of constatnly having to go out & click on my det. Also do you think u could make it to where there is "holding place" for my own gear that I was wearing b4 I cahnged. Like a place I can go & take my whole outfit off then proceed to locker to get what I need. Would make changes a LOT easier!

Love the game! my husband and I are addicted and communicate through your messaging. We worry sometimes how it sounds when we are discussing it in the street and talk about bribes and alibis... thanks for an intelligent game!

Well, I've just joined and this is the best of this type of game that I've played (link clicking), and it's mainly because of the atmosphere. A few things I can think of:

- Sometimes games like this start sprawling when all sorts of different functions that don't share a common theme get connected. The one that comes to mind is "Alien Adoption Agency", there's another one called "Republic Online" or something like that . . . my problem with both of those is that when there isn't a theme the game starts becoming totally about what the various minigames do, rather than what the game implies or connotes. I really like the game right now, but if lots of weird options start cropping up I'll probably stop (Japanese RPG minigames are the ones that bug me the most).

- I actually wish the limit were lower. After six cases the game's already starting to be less about the case and more about the data (levelling). Three cases a day is already enough for me. I wish cases were denser and more complicated . . . there was an idea someone had about being asked questions to reconstruct the crime (when did it happen, what was the murder weapon, etc.), I really like that idea!

- Is examining the body part of the game?

- I'd like it if the murderer sometimes had a true alibi. If there were other elements of the case (e.g. the victim was killed by a murder weapon that didn't require the murder to be at the scene) you could have scenarios where the true/false pointers of the alibi would need to be reevaluated.
