I have a couple of questions I'd like some feedback on. Please Answer by replying to this post.

1) Is the game fun? Really fun, kind of fun, funner than going to the dentist?

2) Can you think of anything that would make the game more fun?

3) Is the game too hard? Too easy?

Thanks
-Ben

editing our agency board would be great! as akno said he stretched his office with too many O's. His office take too much space now. We cant find him in there LOL.

I have a suggestion for a new skill. It seems like the charming skill, "flirting," could have a toughness equivalent, "menacing," maybe. Give us something else to spend our skill points on!

And I still stand by my smarts skill suggestion from ages ago, the "white glove" to search a crime scene over again.

And heck, while I am at it, how about another smarts skill, "notetaking" which marks in the case file the results of research, any non-alibis discovered by picking locks, and if there is any impact with one of the three factions or Larry the Toe with the case.

I agree with Moonshh. At least with respect to the toughness booster skill. The white glove idea sounds great too.
I am not so sure about the notetaking skill. I would miss all the fun of making a false accusation because I can't read my lousy handwriting. The faction impact bit is a good idea though.

I think a toughness booster like Moonsh's 'Menacing' is long overdue. I've envied those flirty types, but its just not my style ;-)

I like those suggestions as above. Perhaps some Smart skills that can be used with the Crime Lab? I've always felt the Crime Lab could do more than what it can now.

Actually sometime ago I had talked with Bella about a toughness booster. I originally envisioned it as Fighting ability that would work against a person of the same gender but after awhile realized that idea in that form wouldn't work. Menacing or Street Rep. are better names for it.

As for Smarts Skills for the Lab There could be something like Detailed Analysis which could offer a small chance of identifying the Suspect that a piece of evidence belongs to if the person has the suspect in their list. Especially since the Lab offers Equipment that one can't bring to the crime scene and since lab work would be done at a slower pace than what would be done in the field

Dear Admin,

I have just started playing Sleuth and I really am enjoying it so far. I intend to subscribe as soon as the bank finds my mislaid 05 credit card that should have arrived by now! However, as a complete newcomer offering, I have the following criticisms:

1) Motives - I think some of them are a little silly and they're a bit repetitive. For example, how many insane people with no sense of morality are there? Also, regarding the long-forgotten slight, if it's so long-forgotten why are they worried about killing someone for it?
2) The story pages are also a bit repetitive. I've solved at least four cases now in which the victim had a twin that intended to replace them.
3) If something could be done to actually inject a bit more real motive and story into the games, that would be really good. I know that's difficult, though, due to the random nature.
4) I really liked the idea of being able to put pressure on a suspect when they lie to you. When I first came across a false alibi, my first reaction was to return to the suspect and find out why they lied. If it's the killer, maybe he could cover it with further lies and excuses.

Well, that my euro's worth of free advice! I'm not knocking the game - I keep playing it so it's gotta be doing something right. Also, I know as an unsubscriber I'm not getting the full features, so I can't comment wholly on the game. Hope the above helps though.

Eddie
