This function isn't working at all--I'm trying to start an agency with multiple directors, and it won't let me send money to the detective doing the actual purchasing. What's up with that?
youre not subscribed, scarlette. only subscribed members can create or join agencies, and therefore only subscribed members can send letters of credit.
