Sorry, guys, I need help again. Yes, because I'm stupid and I can't figure these things out on my own. (No comment please)

Well, here it is. (Beginner level, by the way)

6 suspects. (James, Warrick, Alexander, Jonithan, Zoe, Adelphe.

James, Warrick, Zoe, & Adelphe were somewhere else and they weren't lying.
Jonithan and Alexander had no alibi.

There were two handwrite letters or whatever. I went to the bank, to test them out. The first one wasn't Alexander's (right), Jon's (right), or Zoe's (left) handwriting. (Does this mean that they can't be a suspect?) I want to ask the banker about the other letter thingy but she doesn't have any patient, does she?

So what am I left with? Nothing..... I'M SOOO CONFUSED!

One witness evident is that James heard Alexander have an argument the other day with the guy who was ki.... ya know.

Can someone PLEASE help me. Thankx to those who do. =) <3

(By the way, I did the tutorial case. Did it help me? I don't know, you answer that for me.)

Ok, if I am understanding this correctly, Alexander has NO alibi, or he clammed without giving you an alibi?

If he said to you "It's none of your business" and now shows up in the case file as "Alibi: None", then he is the guilty party because of this:

*One witness evident is that James heard Alexander have an argument the other day with the guy who was ki.... ya know*

That's what we call WE, and false/no alibi + WE always = guilty.

Also, false/no alibi + Physical Evidence (PE) always = guilty.

If Alexander clammed without telling you his alibi, then try to ask the rest of the suspects about him. If you have two pieces of WE, then he must be guilty. Otherwise, you need to quit.

Also, Amy, for future reference, you might get an answer quicker if you go into the bar in New York. Click on chat with the customers, and there's usually some players in there chatting that may be able to help you and answer your questions more quickly.

Hmmmm........... yeah.

But what about the handwriting analysis? I asked the banker about the first one. He said it didn't belong to Alexander. But, the banker lost patient and I never got to ask about the second one.....

Should I listen to the townies when they say something like "Zoe thinks she knows who the suspect is"?

You don't need the handwriting analysis if you have Witness Evidence. Either or will work as long as you have a false or no alibi.

If, in this example, Alexander is guilty, the second handwriting that you did not get to analyze must belong to him.

you might try to take Mr. Grant's advice about checking against false/no alibis first, then you won't need to be posting on the message board.
