Mr. FeAr,
I have also heard people accusing the wrong person because some of the names were very similar to each other. I have had cases where the first and last names of 2 suspects were different by only one letter.
Serges is probably right about the note taking. All the cases, I believe, are generated in the same way. I cannot even fathom the amount of cases geneerated by the Sleuth engine and having only 1 or 2 cases come out wrong.
Happy Sleuthing!

i guess i figured out wat the problem was . i began the case in the morning , and wat continuing it in ther evening... i had 8 suspects in a RRH case, but i ddnt check with the fortune teller to see if i had one more suspect or not.. so working with 8 suspects , i found 6 alibis out of 8 ... 3 real 3 fake , naturally the other 2 have to be fake ( RRH cases, if 8 suspects 3 real 5 fake).. and i found a thread for one of the suspects that i claimed has a fake ... turned out there was 1 more suspect , and the guy i accused had a real alibi !!:(
