Is there some point at which factions stop caring about your cases? I used to get the spyglass lady on almost every case when I was working IH cases mostly, but now that I'm working mostly AI, I never see her.

Yes but it seems like you get them more often in lower levels. At least it feels that way to me. If I do easy's for hunt, I get one every 3-4 cases...
Zan - another way to change your faction is to ask your agency members to save faction cases for you. *caugh*

if you are doing AV hunts, the magnifying glass lady doesn't show up, although the cases can be faction cases - it only shows in the case page, though.
