Reasons to be guilty

If you have evidence (handwriting) that somebody did it and word that they tried to kill the person...are they guilty? If not, please tell me what would make them guilty.

I don't know if I can post this?
After I retiered LED, I was asking Ben about the above formula in regards to the WE.
According to him, you can accuse on 2WE without knowing an alibi but that was not programmed.
The thing to be careful of, is that there can be more than 3 WE in a case.

Yes there could be more than 3 WEs but only two of them will point to same suspect. So if you have 2 giving you same name, you can accuse.
