Advanced intimidation
Intermediate Interrogation
Handwriting Analysis
Footprint Analysis
And can really really hard cases have 9 suspects?

Yes realy realy hard can also have 9 suspects.
You are the only one that can know if you are ready for next level. It depends on your skills, equipment and how you play. Just try it and if you find it to hard, go back a level till you have more skills and gear. GL!

Oops almost forgot:
I see you dont have basic thread and hair skill. Without those you might not find all the evidence. I think it would be wise to get those skills asap.

Either one, because you need both. And I'm with reda, I suggest you get hair and/or thread before advanced interrogation.
