Sometimes if I have two of my detectives logged on, one will change to the other. Let's say I have Mellissa and Sheri open. I'm playing or whatever on Melissa then I stop and open the page Sheri was on and there is another with Melissa! I know it's confusing but what is it . Where is Sheri? Is it supposed to happen?

Thanks in advance! :)

I can't say for sure that this is your problem, but one thing that might be going on is that the game logs you out after a certain period of inactivity. So if you have both open, but spend a long time as Melissa without touching Sheri, Melissa eventually takes over both browser windows - I get that quite frequently.

You may want to try different browsers for each detective. For example, IE for Mellissa and Mozilla or FireFox for Sheri. That will also reduce any session based confusion if Sleuth uses sessions.

From my own experience, since Sleuth uses cookies for identification, if you try to use the same browser for different detectives, this can occur. Following Barry's suggestion eliminates this problem as each browser keeps track of only its own cookies.
