What happens when you get 3 false accusations?

This maybe a really stupid question but here goes.

Now that there is a subscription system and some people may well have signed up for 3 months. What happens to that account if you get 3 false accusations and your Detective is retired?

Will you loss your subscription and you'll have to create a new account and subscribe again?

How about having the ability to sit the licence exam to earn back your detective status, but with the cost of starting back with $100, basic skills and no contacts?

From the Subscription FAQ:

3) What if I pay my subscription fee, but then my detective is retired?
If your detective with an active subscription builds up too many false accusations and is retired, you will be given the opportunity to create a new detective that will inherit the time remaining on the previous subscription.
