*PS* - we had some garlic butter that we had made for on bread as a left over and cooked the meat with it - it's wonderful. Also recommended is that you add a bit of rosemary and don't forget to put some pepper and salt on the stirloin / tenderloin before you bake it in a pan!

*PPS* - Turtledove has kindly reminded me to say that it's "Flour" instead of Flower :)

Strawberry Jalapeno White Sangria Recipe
½ cup of brandy
½ cup of pomegranate juice
â..." cup of agave
¼ cup of lemon juice
2 cups of mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries)
½ jalapeno, sliced (seeds removed)
bottle of white wine (I used Reisling, but you could use Pinor Grigio or Moscato)
1 cup of club soda
In a pitcher add, berries, jalapeno slices, and brandy. Using a wooden spoon, muddle the berries a little bit. (maybe 3-4 smashed and thats it)
Next add pomegranate juice, lemon juice, agave, and white wine. Stir.
Cover the top of the pitcher with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for at least 6 hours. (or overnight)
Right before you are about to serve add the club soda, stir, and serve.
So yummy

That sounds absolutely delicious Sultry - I suppose it tastes fresh due to the fruit, but spicy because you add the jalapeno. The Riesling Wine adds a bit of sweetness to it. But must've been one hell of a cleaning job for that pitcher, due to all the fruit :p

Try taking some haricot beans in a tomato sauce and adding them on top of a cooked base of flour, water, and yeast.
