Sushi. Y'all know that originally, the process for 'tenderizing' steak tartare was to stick a hunk of raw meat betwixt horse and saddle, ride that bugger all day like it owed you money, then feast upon it's equine sweat-seasoned yumness, right? It's a visual I just can't shake...

Depends what it's for, but lets say afternoon.
