Does the city you're in affect the difficulty of your cases? "Hard" cases in London seem to be much more difficult than they were in New York, though that could just be bad luck or my imagination. It seems like the rewards have gone up, as well, though - favors have gone up to Hard from Intermediate as well, is that a result of the city change or experience gain or what?

If, at any time in my life I meet someone called Yue You Yu I will IMMEDIATELY buy that person a pony, a steak (no...not a pony steak, cuz... just ewww), and a really ironic 6 month subscription to sleuth.
