I finally got a detective agency. It was just me. And I couldn't remember how long ago I put money into it. My agency is in NY and I'm in London right now. I was assuming I would get some kind of warning when I was running low on cash for rent. But I just read in the news that I have been evicted for falling two days short on rent even though I've been looking for this. That is really lame and BS. Just because I'm in a different city, I don't get to see that I need to put more money in for rent?

In general, it would be a good idea to put money in regularly. You don't have access to the agency clerk while in other cities. So no, you can't see the amount in the safe while traveling.

Well, look nicnic, it is sucky I admit, but... we're all in that same boat together. And it just means we ALL have to be organised and aware of what's going on in our Agencies, be they an Agency of one or many.

Greater agencies than yours have fallen by the wayside because somebody forgot to pay the rent, or something as equally careless as that.

lol that all sounds harsh, but it's not meant to be :) merely that you're not the first and you certainly wont be the last, but I bet you never let it happen again!! :)
