Help! I'm having trouble with the cases. Almost every suspects seemed to clam up on me everytime I interogate them. WHY? And Is it possible to switch My interogation skill for Sweet Talking .

I'm afraid not Jim. Once you have a skill you're stuck with it. Besides, interrogation and sweet talking do the same thing so switching those wouldn't really make a difference....
It could be that you try levels you're not exactly ready for. If you have to quit cases like crazy, it's best to go one or more levels down. The purpose of gathering all those skills is to be better prepared to tackle harder level cases. Choose your skills very well and be a little more patient. Rome wasn't build in one day as the cliche has it :)

I also noticed you're not wearing any items at all. They give you a bonus on your tough, smart or charm skills. That's another reason that might explain suspects clamming up on you.
