How crucial is the agency's location to a new recruit? Can a detective spend more time in other locations, or will this prove to be counterproductive to his casework? (I know, I know - I tend to overthink things!! :D)

Well, I guess it would depend on what you plan on doing in your agency, and where you are comfortable living.

I hate London, and yet....I always end up here somehow. Thank you, again Ben, for making it bareable by giving us back the navigation bar.

Some people prefer Shanghai because of the Horses. Other's just have a preference for New York.

Personally, I like Delhi, but I haven't met anyone else who shares that opinion, except perhaps when they want to hunt and the competition is limited there.

You can always move too. You get half your deposit on your agency back if you move. So it's not recommended that you do it often. If you can't decide, do a little traveling first and see what you think. :)

if you are a member in an agency and are not in the same city as the agency then you aren't able to utilise as many features such as the equipment locker and case files, i think. Right now, i've based my location on the fact that all the factions i want to work towards getting good with and getting skills from all happen to be in Shanghai.

One point to consider is the real estate office is different in each city also.

There are different variations on the # of detectives, Locker and File size. For the smaller agencies any city has very similar things.

I realize I'll eventually get contacts in all locations, and I do have an adventuresome spirit, so I've made the plunge. Thank you all for your help. (no slinking necessary, cfm!)
