I'm fairly new to sleuthing (14 days) - it seems like the more I play the slower I am to earn any skill points. I try to play 10 cases a day, at the really hard level - I might get 1 to 3 points a day if I'm lucky. Is that normal?

Man, you've given me tons of good advice and counsel! You're right about working solo on the highly difficult levels - sometimes people clam up before they answer one question (and I'm an advanced interrogator! :D ). I plan to join an agency - and I will be working my boots off every day - can't wait to get involved in treasure hunts, arch villain pursuits, etc.
